A 20-year-old Brampton man faces a careless driving charge after a car smashed into a parked SUV, then a tree on Edenbrook Hill Drive Thursday night, Jan. 19, according to Peel Regional Police.
Police say the vehicle left the road and hit an SUV parked on the road, mounted the curb, then hit a front yard tree in front of a home.
The driver was taken to a local hospital, then transferred to a trauma centre with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash happened just before 10 p.m., in the area of Sandalwood Parkway and Chinguacousy Road
