A 43-year-old Barrie man has another court date after being charged with impaired driving Sunday night.
Barrie Police stopped him while driving on Little Lake Drive with a woman passenger in the car.
He allegedly failed a roadside breath test and was taken back to the station for further testing. However, officers learned his licence was suspended for life after a 2014 impaired driving conviction, as well as two earlier licence suspensions.
He was charged with impaired care and control, driving while disqualified and breach of probation, and received a fine for driving while under suspension.
