The men, all 21 or 22-years-old, were arrested Monday after police received a tip about a black 2008 Honda Civic in the area of Parkwood Crescent and Waldorf Court.
Police say they found the men with about 397 grams of marijuana.
The men are scheduled to appear in court May 23 to face a charge of possessing marijuana over 30 grams.
