Hamilton Police cruiser with police logo in top left cornerHamilton Police Service continue to investigate a collision involving a 17 year old female pedestrian. The pedestrian is currently hospitalized with serious injuries.

On Wednesday November 8, 2017 shortly after 8:30 a.m. the pedestrian attempted to cross York Boulevard near Caroline Street North when she was struck by a vehicle travelling eastbound in the north lane. The pedestrian was transported to hospital with serious injuries.

The investigation is ongoing and the Hamilton Police Service is appealing for witnesses.
