Officers responded to a call for a collision on McCowan Road and Eglinton Avenue around 12:30 a.m. Sunday.
Police say one of the vehicles struck a pole and the female driver was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Another person suffered serious injuries.
Roads in the area were closed for the investigation but have since reopened.
