Over the past few nights, OPP say businesses in the New Tecumseth area have contacted police about their lug nuts being loosened on their vehicles.
Police are reminding residents to check their tires after having any vehicle maintenance done and to conduct a proper circle check of your vehicle before driving.
OPP are urging residents to come forward with any information if you suspect you have been a victim of this crime. Please contact your local police agency, or the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
