A Brampton man has been charged with drunk driving after a car and a Peel Regional Police cruiser collided at the intersection of Bovaird Drive and Bramalea Road just after 2 a.m. Thursday (Sept. 8).

Peel police say the officer and the other driver were not injured in the collision. The road was closed for some time while the police investigated.

Amarjot Natt, 25, from Brampton was charged with impaired driving and having excess blood-alcohol readings.
