Toronto Police say a 23-year-old woman was driving on Lake Shore Blvd. near Thirteenth Street at around 10:50 p.m. when she crashed into the empty bus.
A passenger in the vehicle, a 25-year-old man, was killed.
Crash / Closure: Lake Shore Blvd is closed between 13th and 15th following a serious crash in Etobicoke. The male passenger was vital signs absent then revived. Driver also injured and in custody suspected of impaired driving. Both transported to hospital. Lengthy closure. pic.twitter.com/mpl9U2QOqu

The female driver was treated for minor injuries and later charged with drunk driving. She may face further charges.
Lake Shore between 13th and 15th streets was closed for the investigation.
