Wanted in relation to incident in February

Niagara Regional Police cruiserFORT ERIE – Niagara Regional Police arrested a 38-year-old man who was on their “Niagara’s Wanted” list after responding to a report of an impaired driver.

At around 2:24 a.m. on Sunday, police responded to an impaired driver in the area of Phipps Street in Fort Erie. Upon arriving, officers observed the driver to be Bradley Swalm, who was on the list in relation to an incident in February. He was wanted for take vehicle without consent , flight from police, driving while prohibited and obstruct peace officer.

As a result of the impaired driver call, Swalm was taken into custody and is charged with impaired driving – care and control, refuse breath sample and drive while disqualified.
