A child and two adults are in life-threatening condition after a two-vehicle collision in Glanbrook, Hamilton paramedics said.

Two others, including a child, are in critical condition, Russell Crocker, Deputy Chief of Hamilton paramedics confirmed.

The collision occurred on Nebo Rd. and Dickinson Ave. around 4 p.m, Saturday, September 15.

All five people were transported to Hamilton Health Sciences’ trauma centre.

One person was ejected from the vehicle, a spokesperson for the Hamilton police said.

The Hamilton fire department was called to the scene to help remove the victims from the vehicles.

Nebo Rd., near Airport Rd., was closed for at least several hours while the Hamilton Police Collision Reconstruction unit investigated.
