A Norfolk man faces a Liquor Licence Act charge after police found him sitting in traffic.
The OPP charged the 20-year-old male after investigating an incident on Churchill Avenue in Delhi on Saturday at 12:46 p.m., when a concerned homeowner contacted police to report a suspicious male.
An investigation determined the man was sitting in a partial live lane of traffic when officers arrived in the area.
The accused has been charged with being intoxicated in a public place contrary to the Liquor Licence Act. He was issued a provincial offences notice.
