An OPP police cruiser struck a pedestrian in Burlington Thursday.

Halton regional police say the cruiser was turning right off Northshore Boulevard around 5 p.m. when it struck a pedestrian who’d stepped in front of the vehicle.

Who was at fault had not been determined by Thursday evening.

OPP Staff Sgt. Kerry Schmidt said there were no injuries, and the pedestrian walked away from the scene.

Halton police are investigating the collision.
