A 30-year-old Picton man has been charged with impaired driving after the vehicle he was driving was stopped by OPP Saturday.
Police report an officer patrolling Highway 62 stopped a vehicle for speeding but, in speaking with the driver, noticed signs of possible impairment. A roadside alcotest was given and the driver failed.
The man was taken to the Prince Edward OPP detachment and charged. He is scheduled to appear in court next month.
