Peel Regional Police say a 21-year-old Mississauga woman is facing charges after a suspected impaired driver crashed into a tree and several vehicles parked in the driveway of a Brampton home early Sunday morning.

Six empty vehicles and a tree.

Those are the things Peel Regional Police say an alleged drunk driver crashed into early Sunday morning in Brampton.

According to police, a 21-year-old Mississauga woman is facing charges following the incident, which took place just after 2:30 a.m. on Bartley Bull Parkway.

Police said a vehicle was headed down the street, located near Steeles Avenue West and Hurontario Street, when it lost control, hit a tree and crashed into six unoccupied vehicles in a driveway of a home.

No one was injured in the incident and a female driver was arrested at the scene.

There were no other passengers in the suspect’s vehicle, police said.

It does not appear, police said, that the suspect knew the home owner.

Though the extent of vehicle damage is unknown at this time, police said early estimates are about $150,000.

Farah Bhatti has been charged with impaired driving, excess blood alcohol and possession of a controlled substance.

She is scheduled to appear in court in Brampton on April 22.
