A Kingsville man has been charged after OPP found him asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle at a traffic light on County Road 20 West in the town.
It happened on October 21st, 2018 at approximately 3:30am.
OPP say that the driver exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.
John Omstead age 60 has been charged with care and control of a motor vehicle while ability impaired and care and control of a motor vehicle over 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood.
His driver’s license has been suspended and his vehicle impounded.
