A traffic light and two parked vehicles were hit by an automobile on Northern Avenue in Sault Ste. Marie on Saturday.
An eastbound SUV struck a traffic control pole on the south side of the street before hitting two automobiles at Community First Soo Pee Wee Arena at about 7:40 p.m. No one was in the parked vehicles, said Const. Sonny Spina of Sault Ste. Marie Police Service.
The driver of the SUV, a 71-year-old woman, was taken to Sault Area Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
All three vehicles were towed.
