Four males face drug and fraud charges after a car travelling at 53 km/h over the speed limit was stopped early Monday morning.

On Monday, January 4, 2016, at approximately 1 a.m., officers from North Division spotted a car travelling southbound on Simcoe Street in Scugog Township at 133 km/h in an 80 km/h zone. After stopping the car just south of Coates Road, the officers observed the two occupants in the front seats changing places. The car’s engine revved and an officer pulled the male in the driver’s seat out of the car, before he could put the car in motion. A clear bag of crystal meth was in plain view in the door pocket.

All four occupants of the car were arrested. A search of the car resulted in the 1.1 grams of methamphetamine and one male had in his possession 30 credit cards that contained fraudulent data.

Adrian ST. LOUIS, age 45, of Flood Avenue in Toronto, is charged with: Possession of Methamphetamine; Possession of Stolen Credit Card; Driving While Disqualified; Race a Motor Vehicle; and Unauthorized Possession of Identity Data.

Fernigen RAMOS, age 40, of King Street West in Toronto, is charged with: Possession of Methamphetamine; Unauthorized Possession of Identity Data; Fail to Comply with Undertaking; Fail to Comply with Probation Order; and Possession of Stolen Credit Card.

Enrique OLVIGA, age 53, of Woodington Drive in Mississauga, is charged with: Possession of Methamphetamine.

Aaron PEREZ, age 38, of Victoria Park Avenue in Toronto, is charged with: Possession of Methamphetamine and Fraud Under $5,000. All four were released on Undertakings with conditions.
