Trucks were snarled for several hours in west Windsor and stretched three-deep past Tecumseh Road well into Thursday afternoon as crews cleaned up the mess.
A tractor-trailer flipped near the bridge about 10:30 a.m. and its contents were littered across the road.
The route was congested for several hours and was expected to be cleaned up by 4:30 p.m.
