Garry Anstey, 43, of Crawforth Street in Whitby, is charged with impaired care or control of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm, blood alcohol level exceeding 80 mgs, and with making an unsafe turn.
Jason Coffin, 41, of Maguire Drive in Millbrook, is charged with impaired driving, failure to provide a breath sample, and two counts of driving with a suspended licence.
