A Chelmsford woman was charged after OPP officers stopped her Jan. 30 on Highway 144 in Greater Sudbury.
Sudbury OPP said as a result of an investigation, officers learned the female driver was suspended from driving.
Shirley Audette, 45, was charged with driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
She will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury on Feb. 29.
