A man is facing charges after police stopped a vehicle in Lindsay early Friday (March 20) morning.
Kawartha Lakes Police say a Pontiac Vibe was stopped on Lindsay Street South at about 2:20 a.m. and the driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Dillon Perdue, 19, of Lindsay, was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceeding the legal limit.
The accused will appear in court on April 23.
