Our Founder: Ivon Fournier
Ivon Fournier, the founder of XPolice, served in law enforcement for over 15 years. In 2003, Ivon established XPolice Traffic Ticket Services out of a passion to do more for people facing driving charges, no insurance charges, and other traffic violations. Ivon’s vision was to provide expert, dedicated defence tailored to each client’s unique situation.
Former Owner/President: Gerald (Jerry) LeBlanc
Jerry LeBlanc has been practicing as a paralegal since 2007, graduating with honours from the Paralegal Communications Program at CDI College. He founded Ticket Terminator Paralegal Services before joining XPolice in November 2009.
Jerry owned and operated the XPolice Barrie office until December 31, 2019. On April 1, 2016, he became Owner and President of XPolice Traffic Ticket Services Professional Corporation, succeeding Ivon Fournier. Jerry continues to serve as an advisor and consultant for XPOLICE.
Jerry is also a passionate educator, having taught paralegal courses at Everest College and CTS Canadian Career College in Barrie since 2010. He remains active in courtrooms, fiercely advocating for clients with a commitment to thoroughness — “raising every issue and turning over every stone” in search of a defence.
Current Owner and Operator: Brent Fleury
Brent Fleury is the current Owner and Operator of XPolice Traffic Ticket Services in Bracebridge, Ontario. A licensed Defence Litigation Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario, Brent graduated with honours from CTS Canadian Career College.
Brent brings over 28 years of experience in telecommunications, managing claims involving property loss, personal injuries, and motor vehicle accidents. His extensive background in claims resolution has honed his advocacy and negotiation skills, enabling him to effectively represent clients and resolve disputes.
He holds diplomas in Project Management from McMaster University and George Washington University, and an Executive MBA from Queen’s University. Brent’s passion for law and his business expertise combine to ensure XPolice clients receive top-quality legal representation and service.

Owner & CEO, XPOLICE Traffic Ticket Services Brent Fleury
Brent Fleury is a licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario and the proud Owner and CEO of XPOLICE Traffic Ticket Services Professional Corporation. With over 28 years of experience in claims, dispute resolution, and legal advocacy, Brent is dedicated to protecting drivers’ rights across Ontario.
After graduating with Honours from CTS Canadian Career College, Brent began practicing as a Defence Litigation Paralegal, focusing on traffic and provincial offences. His legal work is built on a strong foundation in negotiation and conflict resolution, skills developed during his extensive career in the telecommunications industry, where he managed a national Claims Department handling property damage, personal injury, and motor vehicle accident claims.
Brent’s passion for justice and client advocacy led him to open and personally operate the XPOLICE offices across the province. In 2025, he acquired 100% ownership of XPOLICE Traffic Ticket Services Professional Corporation, with the goal of expanding its presence and maintaining its reputation as Ontario’s trusted name in traffic ticket defence.
Brent also holds diplomas in Project Management from McMaster University and George Washington University and an Executive MBA from Queen’s University. His combination of legal training and executive experience ensures that every client receives practical, results-driven legal representation.
