A 15-year-old Innisfil girl was charged after a pursuit involving an ATV and Police.
On Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at around 2:00 p.m., a South Simcoe Police Officer observed an ATV driving dangerously.
The officer pursued the vehicle. The vehicle was pulled over and the driver placed under arrest. Due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act, the driver cannot be identified. The driver was released and will have to appear in court at a later date.
