A routine traffic stop in Chatham has taken illegal drugs and unregistered firearms off the street.
Just before 4am Tuesday, October 8, OPP stopped a vehicle on Highway 401 near Chatham and further investigation revealed cocaine, opioids and two guns.
A 20-year-old and two 21-years-olds from the GTA were arrested.
The trio are facing a long list of charges including possession of a loaded firearm and possession of a firearm knowing the serial number has been tampered with.
Anyone with information about the case is being asked to call the OPP or Crime Stoppers.
