The incident occurred Wednesday evening in a church parking lot on Valleyridge Drive south of Dundas Street West.
Police say the vehicle involved appears to have gotten stuck on the curb.
As the driver attempted to reverse, she fell out of the open driver’s door and was struck by her own vehicle. A pedestrian was also struck.
According to police, a 92-year-old woman in life-threatening condition was taken to a trauma centre and an 84-year-old woman was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Police are not saying which woman was driving the car at the time.
No charges have been laid and police are asking for anyone with information to contact them.
