When officers from the Ontario Provincial Police stopped a pickup truck in Leamington over the weekend, they discovered the man behind the wheel was allegedly under the influence.
Police say the 28-year-old failed a roadside sobriety test.
The pickup was stopped around 11pm Saturday on Erie St. S in Leamington.
Officers suspended his license and impounded his vehicle, and he will be in a Leamington court on December 21 to answer to a charge of having a blood-alcohol level over 80 mg.
