For the second time this month an allegedly impaired driver was found in the parking lot of a North Perth restaurant.
Perth County OPP say they found a motorist allegedly over the legal limit Wednesday around 10:30 p.m. after receiving a call from a concerned citizen. A 25-year-old Minto man was arrested, taken to the Sebringville headquarters for further testing.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Stratford court on Jan. 7.
