It was a busy week for Ottawa Police officers in the traffic unit, as they hunted down distracted drivers.

Officers handed out 141 tickets to people caught using their cell phones while behind the wheel.

Police also handed out 155 tickets for speeding, two for stunt driving and three for unlicensed drivers.

Ottawa Police again remind drivers to leave the phone alone and to slow down.
