A 30-year-old Kitchener woman was caught driving 125 km/h in a 60 km/h zone early Sunday morning.

Guelph police say they saw her driving down Woodlawn Road West and did a traffic stop on Michener Road.

The officer discovered that the driver was impaired by alcohol, but still she refused to provide a breath sample.

All in all, the woman is now facing charges of impaired driving and refusing to comply with a demand. She has also been charged with speeding and stunt driving.

She will appear in court on October 11.
