Pair Accused of Refusing to Provide Breath Samples

One call to police resulted in two suspected drunk drivers arrested.

Bracebridge OPP were contacted from a member of the public about two people who had left a local restaurant around midnight Wednesday, driving away in separate vehicles and potentially under the influence of alcohol.

Both vehicles were located nearby, and police say both drivers refused to provide a breath sample. A 35-year-old man from East Gwillimbury and 37-year-old Sunderland man were both charged appropriately and will appear in Bracebridge court early in the new year.
