The Hwy. 401 eastbound express lanes at Liverpool Road were blocked due to a tractor trailer crash Thursday morning.
Around 10:45 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, emergency crews arrived on scene of the crash for an unconscious or possibly deceased driver.
Traffic in the area was at a standstill due to the crash. The traffic delays were cleared up around 1 p.m.
