Provincial police have arrested a Windsor man after receiving complaints about someone exposing himself and committing an “indecent act” while driving down Highway 401.

Chatham-Kent OPP received the complaint around 7 a.m. Tuesday, after the man was spotted driving a Dodge Caravan on the 401 near Kent Bridge Road.

Police tracked the driver down a short while later.

Young Hotson, 37, from Windsor, faces a charge of committing an indecent act in a public place, plus charges for two other previous incidents on the 401.

He is scheduled to appear in a Chatham court on Aug. 28.
